We collect personal information in the following situations:

• When you submit an inquiry through this website, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you provide
• When your company enters into a service agreement with us and we issue portal access, we collect the name, role, email, and phone number of the representatives your company designates, and billing-related details (such as bank account information or, for certain plans, payment card details held by our payment processor) needed to invoice and pay for the Service
• When you use the client portal, we collect records of that use as necessary to operate the Service (for example, sign-in activity)

3Purpose of Collection and Use

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Sales and Sourcing services and the client portal
• To respond to inquiries, including verifying the identity of the person contacting us
• To send communications related to the Service, such as progress reports, invoices, and important notices
• To contact you as necessary for account, contract, or portal maintenance
• To identify and address use of the Service that violates these Terms or is fraudulent or improper
• To let you view, correct, or delete your own account information
• To invoice and collect payment for the Service
• For purposes incidental to any of the above

4Change of Purpose of Use

We will only change the purpose of use of personal information where the new purpose is reasonably related to the original one. If we do so, we will notify affected individuals or announce the change on this website.

Because our clients and service providers may be located outside Japan, personal information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Where we transfer personal information to a recipient in a country not recognized as having an equivalent personal information protection framework, we will obtain your prior consent unless an exception under applicable law applies.

6Disclosure of Personal Information

If you ask us to disclose personal information we hold about you, we will do so without undue delay, except where disclosure would risk harming your life, body, property, or rights, would significantly impede our business, or would violate other law — in which case we will notify you that we are unable to disclose it, with reasons where we can provide them. We may charge a handling fee of ¥1,000 per request.

7Correction and Deletion

If personal information we hold about you is incorrect, you may request that we correct, add to, or delete it. Where we determine a request is warranted, we will act on it without undue delay and notify you of the outcome.

8Suspension of Use

If you ask us to stop using or to delete personal information on the grounds that it is being used beyond its stated purpose or was obtained improperly, we will investigate without undue delay and, where warranted, stop the use or delete the information, notifying you of the outcome. Where stopping use is costly or difficult, and an alternative adequately protects your rights, we may take that alternative instead.
